Different indicators endorse the quality of research conducted in the CITIUS over the last years.
The 2001-2010 ISI ranking of Spanish Universities places the USC in a merited 4th position in the area of Information Technologies and Communications at the global ranking and in 2nd position in the qualitative level analysis ranking.
Additionally, the latest CYD report from the 2004-2008 period ranks the USC as the first university in Spain in number of Computer Science publications journals during the first quartile of the JCR.
